Michel Decrauzat

Michel Decrauzat has extensive experience in engineering and technology development, currently serving as Supply Base Engineer for Maxwell Technologies since 2006, focusing on the qualification of new Asian and European suppliers and supporting material and product development teams. Previously, as Design & Process Director within the Ultracapacitor division, Michel implemented an automatic production line for supercapacitors and developed a new capacitor and module. Prior roles include Senior R&D Engineer at ROLEX SA., where Michel was responsible for innovative technology and process development, and Board Test Manager at SGI, facilitating knowledge transfer from Silicon Valley to European manufacturing in computer hardware technology. Michel began at Swatch Group as a Test Engineer in R&D qualification laboratories. Educational background includes a degree in Microengineering from EPFL Lausanne.
