Jim Smith

Jim Smith is currently the SVP of Diligence at Maxwell. Prior to this, they were the President of Structural Elements from June 2019 to June 2020. Jim has also held positions as the Senior Vice President of Clear Capital from November 2012 to May 2016, the President of Urban Lending Solutions from August 2008 to June 2011, and the Executive Vice President of Fiserv Lending Solutions from January 2005 to December 2008. Jim Smith has also been the First Vice President of Hansen Quality from January 2002 to December 2004.

Jim Smith attended the University of Oregon and earned a Bachelor's Degree. Jim also holds a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) certification from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
