McKenzie Perez

McKenzie Perez, Ed.D, currently serves as Vice President of People Operations at Maxwell since September 2022, where responsibilities include establishing and evaluating People policies and long-term HR strategies. Previously, McKenzie held similar leadership roles at U.S. Business Holdings, Inc. as Vice President of People from July 2018 to September 2022, which included roles at its subsidiary companies, AlphaGraphics and PostNet International Franchise Corporation. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources Management at Margot Elena Companies & Collections, and various faculty positions at Regis University, University of Phoenix, and Brigham Young University, focusing on Management and Human Resources. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Argosy University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California State University-San Bernardino.
