Heidi Germann

Heidi Germann is an experienced operations coordinator and office manager with a diverse background in retail and music industries. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Coordinator at Maxwood Furniture since June 2019, Heidi previously worked at Paul Rich & Sons Home Furnishing + Design for 17 years, where responsibilities included order entry and acknowledgment within a mid-high end retail setting. Prior positions include Office Manager at Soultube Music, a small recording studio, and Deli Manager at South Street Deli, where early responsibilities laid the foundation for comprehensive office management skills. Heidi's career began after graduating from Pittsfield High in 1994.
