Vanessa Jackson

Vanessa Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and administration, currently serving as the Senior and Wellness Manager at the May Dugan Center since April 2018. In this role, Vanessa oversees the Seniors on the Move & Wellness Screenings program, responsible for planning activities, developing long-term goals, managing budgets, and evaluating program success. Previous roles include Salesforce & Administrative Coordinator at Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, Project Specialist at GE Lighting, and Program Coordinator at the Career Transition Center, among others. Vanessa holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Cuyahoga Community College and has a background in English studies from Boston College and Marymount University. Vanessa is also actively engaged in community advocacy, serving as a member of the Council on Older Persons Community Solutions and the Digital Equity Coalition.
