Aaron Stachewicz

Aaron Stachewicz, Ph.D, PMP, CMfgE, currently serves as Lead Program Manager and oversees the Product Safety and Testing and Validation programs at May Mobility, focusing on autonomous vehicle development. As the Founder and CEO of Ephen Consulting, Aaron leads projects in innovation and business transformation. Previous roles include Program Manager at Vectorform, where innovation projects were managed for DTE Energy, and Innovation Business Development Manager at McLaren Engineering, where a disruptive contract manufacturing process was created. Aaron has extensive experience at Dura Automotive Systems LLC, contributing to various roles from Global Innovation Technical Strategist to Systems Engineer. Additional experience includes Program Manager positions at Roush CleanTech and the X PRIZE Foundation, as well as academic contributions as an Adjunct Lecturer at Eastern Michigan University. Aaron holds a Ph.D. in Technology and multiple degrees in Industrial Management and Technology.
