Armand Mignot

Armand Mignot has a diverse and extensive work experience in various fields. Armand is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer and Co-founder of Mayan since January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder of RenRico, a mobile app for dancers, where they successfully built a community of over 200,000 dance enthusiasts. Armand also co-founded Finfox, a financial modeling and planning platform for startups and small businesses, where they led a team of engineers and won the MIT Fintech Grand Prize.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Armand worked at Equinix as part of the Corporate Development team, evaluating acquisition opportunities. Armand also gained experience in private equity at BV Investment Partners, where they sourced new investments, conducted due diligence, and collaborated with portfolio company executives on growth initiatives. As an Analyst at J.P. Morgan, Armand worked in the Technology, Media & Telecom industry coverage group, leading financial analyses and coordinating with various teams within the bank.

In addition to their professional roles, Armand has contributed as a Student Ambassador at the MIT Office of Admissions, organizing outreach activities and focusing on recruiting underrepresented minorities to the institution. Armand also worked as a Summer Analyst at JPMorgan and as a Research Assistant at FUMEC, where they conducted research on innovation and journalism in the technology industry in Mexico. Armand Mignot completed their Bachelor of Science in Management Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School.
