Pankaj Pradhan

Pankaj Pradhan currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts, focusing on group HR strategy and HR transformation while implementing industry best practices aligned with the company's vision and values. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked as General Manager Human Resources at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, and held various positions at Marriott International, including Director of Human Resources at both The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Center. Pankaj's career in human resources began as Deputy Manager-Human Resources at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and includes earlier experience in HR operations at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited. Pankaj holds an Executive Education degree in Chief Human Resources Officer Program from the Indian School of Business and has completed an Advance Strategy and Leadership Program from Wharton Executive Education, along with a Master's Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Utkal University.
