Grace Muchai is an experienced underwriter with a solid background in customer service and administration within the insurance sector. Currently serving as an Underwriter for Bonds at Mayfair Insurance Company Limited since November 2022, Grace has previously worked at First Assurance for nearly a decade, holding various positions including Customer Service & Underwriter, where responsibilities encompassed addressing client inquiries, maintaining data confidentiality, and enhancing customer retention through effective renewal processes. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Kenya Methodist University and a Diploma in Communication and Customer Service from Graffins College, Grace possesses a strong educational foundation complemented by extensive professional expertise in underwriting and client relations.
