Ashley Girn

Ashley Girn is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Mayflex since October 2013. In this role, Ashley oversees the production of monthly management accounts for Mayflex Europe and Mayflex Middle East and collaborates with the Group Finance Manager to produce the annual budget. Ashley effectively manages, trains, and mentors a team of four and provides strategic financial decision support to non-finance colleagues up to the Director level. Previous positions at Mayflex include Operations and International Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant, where Ashley focused on inventory reconciliation and stock reporting. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University.
