Claire Smith

Claire Smith is a seasoned professional in the field of quality control and laboratory science, currently serving as the Quality Control Team Leader at Mayne Pharma since April 2018, overseeing a diverse QC team across multiple product streams. Previously, Claire held roles as Quality Control Coordinator and Quality Control Chemist at Mayne Pharma, where responsibilities included coordinating stability and microbiology efforts and conducting analytical chemistry and process validation. Prior experience includes serving as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at SA Pathology, specializing in surgical pathology and immunohistochemistry, as well as working as a Forensic Scientist at Forensic Science S.A. Academic contributions include positions as an Academic Tutor and recipient of a Summer Research Scholarship at the University of Adelaide.
