Nate Guyse

Nate Guyse serves as an Operations Manager at Mayo Clinic Rochester since January 2017, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, staffing, and strategic goal-setting in collaboration with division chairs. Prior to this role, Nate held the position of Process Improvement Coordinator at Mayo Clinic, leading multidisciplinary teams on process improvement projects aimed at operational efficiencies across the SEMN Region. Nate began the career as a Clinical Lab Technician, where responsibilities included independent laboratory testing and managing process improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Technical Sales Representative at Leeds Precision Inc., successfully selling microscopy products, and as an Assistant Dolphin Trainer at Dolphin Quest, focusing on animal training and educational interactions. Nate earned a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Instruction and Education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from St. Olaf College.
