Viviane P.

Viviane P. has a diverse range of work experience. Viviane started their career as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at JPMorgan Chase in 2004 and worked there until 2008. During their time there, they gained experience in customer service and sales.

In 2008, they interned at the Indianpolis Marion County Forensic Services Agency, where they gained exposure to the field of forensic services.

Viviane then transitioned to roles at Strand Diagnostics/Know Error, starting as a DNA Analyst in 2009 and later becoming a Lead Technical Specialist II in 2010. This experience provided their with expertise in DNA analysis and technical leadership.

In 2012, they began working at Buchi as an Evaporation Sales Specialist and later as an Account Manager. This allowed their to develop skills in sales and account management.

Viviane then joined Strand Diagnostics/Know Error again in 2014 as a Territory Manager, and later moved on to Quantum Pathology as a Territory Manager in 2015.

In the same year, they also became a Small Business Owner of Magdalena's Chimney Cakes.

Finally, Viviane P. joined Mayo Clinic Laboratories in 2016. Viviane started as a Clinical Specialty Representative, where they consistently performed above expectations and mentored new hires. Viviane then progressed to become the Southeast Region Director of Sales and currently holds the position of US Division Director of Commercial Sales.

Throughout their career, Viviane P. has gained extensive experience in sales, leadership, and technical roles, making their a well-rounded professional in the healthcare and forensic services industries.

Viviane P. completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Forensic Science from Indiana University Indianapolis in the years 2003 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Florida International University from 2017 to 2018.
