Michelle O'Sullivan

Michelle O'Sullivan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Executive Engineer at Mayo County Council since October 2019. Prior roles include Senior Resident Engineer at Tobin Consulting Engineers and at RPS Group Plc., contributing to significant projects such as the Foxford, Charlestown and Killala Sewerage Scheme Bundle and the Gort Tuam M18/M17 Motorway. Michelle’s expertise extends to project management and environmental oversight, demonstrated during tenure as a Project/Resident Engineer at Shell and as an Environmental Officer for ABB on the East West Interconnector Project.
