Brooke Sims

Brooke Sims, MBA, serves as the Director of Recruiting for both Mays Plus, Inc. and Mays Home Care, leading teams and enhancing recruiting processes across diverse health care services. Since July 2022 at Mays Plus, Brooke has established a recruiting team, managed marketing campaigns, and overseen quality improvement efforts. In the role at Mays Home Care since April 2021, Brooke has focused on recruitment and process improvement for various home care brands. Previous experience includes positions as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elara Caring and Lead Career Navigator at Dynamic Workforce Solutions. Brooke's expertise in instructional design is evident from a long tenure at Columbia Southern University, where responsibilities included course design, material editing, and financial aid advising. Brooke holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith.
