McGregor Ottley

McGregor Ottley, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Capital Management at Maytronics since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Business Partner at Becton Dickinson Interventional Urology & Critical Care from July 2010 to February 2020, Manager of Human Resources at RR Donnelley from March 2006 to June 2010, and Organizational Development Manager at JPMorgan Chase from January 2000 to March 2006. McGregor also held positions at Chase as a Human Resources Associate in 1999-2000 and began a career in education as an Elementary School Teacher with the NYC Department of Education from September 1995 to June 1998. McGregor Ottley holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fordham University.
