Sean Leuba

Sean Leuba has extensive work experience in corporate development and legal roles. Sean is currently the SVP, General Counsel, and Head of Corporate Development at MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Caterpillar Inc. for over two decades, holding various roles including Head of Corporate Development, Sr. Director of Corporate Development, General Manager of Caterpillar Electric Power Division, Director of Corporate Development, General Manager of Remanufactured Products Division, and Manager of Corporate Development. Sean also worked as a Corporate Attorney at Caterpillar Inc. from 1999 to 2004. Before joining Caterpillar Inc., Sean was an Associate at Arnold & Porter from 1997 to 1999.

Sean Leuba received their JD degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1997. Sean then went on to earn an MBA in Finance and Economics from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing their degree in 2003.
