Katie Lower

Katie Lower began their work experience as a Human Resources Department Intern at Campbell County Fiscal Court in May 2014. During this time, they posted vacant positions, reviewed applications, updated position descriptions, and researched occupational medicine vendors. Katie then joined Mazak North America in February 2015 as a Human Resources Assistant. In this role, they assisted with various HR tasks until July 2017 when they were promoted to Senior Recruiter.

Katie Lower began their education at St. Henry District High School, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they did not receive any specific degree or field of study.

Following their high school education, Katie enrolled at Northern Kentucky University from 2008 to 2014. Katie pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management & Business Administration during their time at the university.

In addition to their formal education, Katie obtained a certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2021.
