Yannan Xi

Yannan Xi's work experience includes a recent role as a Senior Scientist at Maze Therapeutics since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NGM Biopharmaceuticals from 2015 to 2020, starting as a Postdoctoral Scientist and progressing to the role of Scientist II. Yannan also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley from 2013 to 2015. Yannan's earlier experience includes being a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at UC Davis from 2008 to 2013, as well as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Davis Medical Center from 2012 to 2013. Yannan began their career as a Research Assistant at UCSF from 2007 to 2008.

Yannan Xi began their education in 2004 at the University of California, Berkeley, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology. Yannan successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Following their undergraduate degree, Yannan Xi enrolled at the University of California, Davis in 2008 to further their education. Yannan undertook a Ph.D. program in Nutritional Biology, which they completed in 2013.
