Rasmus Raspel

Rasmus Raspel has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2017 as Bar Manager for I Land Sound. In 2018, they were Artist Social Media Communications Manager for I Land Sound Festival and Executive Coordinator for Aarhus University. Rasmus also pursued their MSc in Information Science, Digital Living, at Aarhus University, School of Communication and Culture, with a thesis on informational privacy and consent management practices in wearable tech and mobile/web applications. In 2019, Rasmus was Co-Founder of KOPS OÜ and VeganDóttir, and Founder of KEEP Systems. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Mazepay.

Rasmus Raspel completed their MSc in Information Science, Digital Living from Aarhus University between 2018 and 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Organizational image studies and advertising from Tallinn University between 2011 and 2016. Rasmus also holds certifications from Intercom in the areas of human support, conversational support, building effective conversational support teams, changing the conversation around support as a cost center, getting ahead of known issues with proactive support, helping customers in context with self serve support, and setting up Intercom for businesses, all obtained in December 2022.
