Ahmed al Ghafri

Ahmed Al Ghafri has a diverse work experience in various sectors in Oman. Ahmed started their career in 2007 at the Ministry of Education as a Senior Training Specialist, managing training activities and organizing forums for teachers. Later, they joined the Ministry of Social Development as Manager of Investment & Social Support, leading the establishment of the department and developing social initiatives. In 2013, Ahmed worked at the Diwan of Royal Court as a Senior Studies Specialist, contributing to national initiatives targeting the private sector. Ahmed then joined the Institute of Capability Development, where they managed academic affairs and programs, developed leadership programs, and collaborated with international organizations. Ahmed also served as a Board Member at The Omani Company of Dates Production & Packaging. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Support Officer at Mazoon Dairy.

Ahmed Al Ghafri completed their Master's degree in Human Resource Development from University Putra Malaysia. Ahmed also holds a certification as an MBTI Certified Practitioner, although the specific institution and completion date are not provided.
