Laura Duchossois

Laura Duchossois has been working in the finance industry since 1998. Laura began their career as an Operations Manager in Loss Prevention at Charter One Bank. In 2003, they moved to Fireside as a Car Unit Recovery Specialist, where they were responsible for payment arrangements and settlement offers. In 2005, they joined JP Morgan Chase (formerly WAMU, formerly Providian Financial) as a Credit Card Disputes Manager. In 2009, they moved to San Mateo Credit Union as a Support Services Manager. In 2014, they began working at Fremont Bank as a Card Services Manager. In 2020, they joined Technology Credit Union (Tech CU) as the AVP of Operations, where they were responsible for managing the daily operations of the Operations department. In 2021, they joined Mbanq as a Sr Manager of EFT Claims and Fraud Investigations. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Chief Client Experience Officer/Co-Founder at TrinIT Consultants.

Laura Duchossois graduated from Whitmer High School.
