Allen Lam

Allen Lam is an experienced professional in engineering and transaction advisory, currently serving as a Manager at MBB Group since June 2021, focusing on the North East Link Program and freeway upgrades. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at MBB Group, where involvement included advising on several renewable energy projects and design management for Sydney Metro. Previously, Allen held a Senior Engineer position at Arup, conducting structural design reviews and serving as the C&S lead for major tenders. Allen's career began at Ratio_Consultants as a Traffic Engineer, developing traffic impact assessments and management plans, and included experience as a Design Engineer at Mott MacDonald.
