Jeff Ahlers

Jeff Ahlers is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MBC Companies since June 2022, Ahlers previously held the role of President and CEO of La Tortilla Factory from August 2013 to February 2022, where significant transformation and growth were achieved. A member of the Board of Directors for Just Desserts and the founder of JDA Consulting Services, Ahlers also served as President at RALCORP HOLDINGS INC from 2006 to 2012, managing P&L responsibilities for the In-Store Bakery division. Prior to that, Ahlers was Chief Operating Officer at Cottage Bakery and spent 18 years at Safeway, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Perishables.
