Sandis Legzdins

Sandis Legzdins has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sandis is currently working at MBC Group as the Director of Compliance, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at MBC Group, including Vice President of Appraisal and Cost Consulting Services, Director of Appraisal & Surveying Services, Director Western Region, and Manager - Southern Alberta.

Before joining MBC Group, Sandis worked at Bourret Appraisal Inc. as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from June 2016 to July 2018. Sandis also had a freelance role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor from November 2015 to June 2016.

Sandis has additional work experience as a Senior Appraiser at Specialized Property Evaluation Control Services SPECS from 2014 to November 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at On Side Restoration from 2012 to 2014.

Sandis also has experience as a Field Coordinator at EasyCare Restoration from 2009 to 2012, where they were responsible for managing projects, coordinating technicians and sub trades, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.

Sandis Legzdins' earlier work experience includes roles as a Workshop Manager at Vanga Custom Millwork Shop from 2007 to 2009 and as a Credit and Loan Manager at Aizkraukles Bank from 2004 to 2006.

Sandis Legzdins began their education at the Cesis School of Arts and Crafts, where they obtained a Journeyman Trade Certificate in Woodworker from 1994 to 1997. Sandis then attended the Riga School of Crafts from 1997 to 2000, earning another Journeyman Trade Certificate, this time in Period Cabinet Maker.

In 2002, Sandis enrolled in the Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration, where they studied Business Studies until 2007. However, it is not specified whether they obtained a degree in this field.
