Christian Grajczonek

Christian Grajczonek is an accomplished procurement leader currently serving as the Head of Regional Procurement for Africa, Middle East & Asia Pacific at MBCC Group since October 2020. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing procurement activities for Master Builders Solutions, a global brand specializing in advanced chemical solutions for construction. Prior to this, Christian held the position of Head of Regional Procurement - Asia Pacific at both MBCC Group and BASF, where procurement for the Australia and New Zealand Construction Chemical division was also managed. Professional experience includes roles such as Procurement Leader for ANZ & ASEAN at GCP Applied Technologies, Senior Buyer at W.R. Grace, and Senior Purchasing Officer at AkzoNobel. Christian began a career in procurement as a Purchasing Officer at Alphamont Pty Ltd after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Queensland University of Technology.
