Yana Rakhkin

Yana Rakhkin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience primarily in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Master Builders Solutions in the US and Canada since May 2023, Yana has previously held senior HR positions at MBCC Group and ConnectedHR, among others. With a strong background in HR management, Yana has also worked as an HR Director at Colt Technology Services and Getronics, and has contributed to HR functions at various organizations including Devonshire Investors International and London Underground. Yana holds a Master's Degree in HR Management and a CIPD qualification from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and International Business from The University of Akron.
