Benjamin Kwaczewski

Benjamin Kwaczewski is an experienced Supply Chain Manager specializing in electrical and electronic components at MBDA since February 2019. Key responsibilities include leading a functional team focused on supplier performance and risk management, ensuring the industrial validation of suppliers prior to production needs, and participating in product first article reviews. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality System & Purchase Engineer at Cobham Aerospace Communications and Quality Manager at MAINtag, where supplier management and monitoring plans were key focuses. Benjamin also served in the role of Suppliers Quality Assurance at Thales Electron Devices, conducting audits and evaluating supplier performance.
