Kartik Patel

Kartik Patel is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in electronic engineering, particularly in data link systems and hardware design. Currently serving as the Head of Data Link Centre of Excellence at MBDA since March 2014, Kartik has held several leadership roles, including Chief Engineer and Delivery Lead, overseeing multidisciplinary teams in the design and verification of ship-installed sub-systems. Prior to MBDA, Kartik worked at Enterprise Control Systems Ltd as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer, focusing on system design and trial support. With a solid educational background that includes an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Master's in Electronic Engineering from the University of Southampton, Kartik combines technical expertise with strong management skills. Additionally, Kartik participated in leadership training at HEC Paris and has completed a Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship with the Chartered Management Institute.
