Rachael Shpak

Rachael Shpak, LPC, currently serves as the Director of Integrated Care at MBI Health Services, LLC, in Washington, D.C. Rachael has extensive experience in mental health and substance use disorder services, previously holding positions such as Clinical Director of Mental Health Rehabilitation Services and Clinical Director of Substance Use Disorder Services at Inner City Family Services LLC. In earlier roles, Rachael was a Clinical Manager and Training Coordinator at MBI Health Services; a Psychotherapist specializing in LGBTQI+ clients; and held various positions in behavioral support and crisis intervention. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
