Béla Fricz

Béla Fritz is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in the automotive and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Lead at MBition GmbH since August 2019, Béla oversees three teams in the Base Platform domain and holds the role of Product Owner for one of the teams. Prior to this, Béla was a Product Owner at Luxoft and an Engineering Infrastructure Lead at OpenSynergy GmbH, focusing on project management and solution architecture for engineering tools. Earlier experience includes roles at Nokia Siemens Networks as an SCM Specialist and a Cooperative Student Developer, as well as co-founding ARlegio, where Béla developed augmented reality solutions. Béla holds an M.Eng. in Information Technology from the University of Pannonia.
