Shadey De Rosa is a seasoned professional in HR compliance and digitalization, currently serving as a Senior HR Compliance Specialist and Senior HR Digitalization and Project Manager at MBition since July 2023. Shadey has a strong background in people operations, having worked as a People Business Partner for Operations at Getir and served as a Global Immigration & Relocation Specialist at Jobbatical. Prior experience includes roles in compliance, project management, diversity and inclusion, and youth development. Shadey holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Università Mercatorum and has advanced degrees in Gender and Intersectionality as well as Europrogettazione, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Università degli Studi di Torino.
