Vadim Gaiduk is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Lead - Diagnostics at MBition GmbH since December 2020, Gaiduk specializes in advanced digital solutions for the automotive industry. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Klarna and Engineering Manager at Careem, where Gaiduk fostered team development and navigated challenges in the rapidly growing tech landscape. With a strong foundation in C++ development and expertise in multiple programming paradigms, Gaiduk has also held positions at HERE Technologies, NYU School of Medicine, Navis Engineering Oy, Teknavo, Jeppesen, and C-Map. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Computer Programming, Automatic Control from Saint Petersburg State University and a Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Baltic State Technical University "VOENMEH."
