Heidi Wells

Heidi Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales, currently serving as the Director of Sales at MBK Senior Living since May 2023 and as the Marketing Director at Aegis Living since January 2022. At Aegis Living, a luxury senior housing company, Heidi oversees the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. Prior to these roles, Heidi founded Capsule Life Coach, helping clients simplify their lives, and developed the Capsule Life Card Deck System. Previous positions include Director of Marketing at College Place School District 250, Creative Director at Figgins Family Wine Estates, General Manager at Doubleback, Consumer Relations Manager at Columbia Rural Electric Cooperative, and Director of Starbucks Online at Starbucks. Heidi began the professional journey as a Product Manager at Microsoft following graduation with a Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Studies / Business from Washington State University.
