Nicola Marsland

Nicola Marsland has extensive experience in the banking industry, having worked with MBNA since 1993 and currently serving as a Senior Manager at Lloyds Banking Group since February 2019. At MBNA, Nicola has held various leadership roles, including Senior Credit Acquisition Manager overseeing a team of 60+, and Fraud Senior Operations Manager managing 80+ staff. Responsibilities included making critical credit decisions, minimizing fraud losses, enhancing customer experience, and managing collections teams. Additionally, Nicola served as Digital Test Team Manager, ensuring timely project testing across digital platforms. Previous roles at MBNA involved significant customer service leadership and training development. Nicola holds a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Leeds.
