Tony Manning is a seasoned construction executive, with over 40 years of experience across a broad range of market sectors and contract delivery systems, including construction contracting, development, and consulting.

Tony has held positions ranging from Project Engineer, Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President, and Executive Vice President for some of the largest construction companies in the world. He has also held positions of Director of Construction Management for Development, and Vice President/Senior Vice President for respected consulting firms. Tony’s core competencies include business planning, execution and performance, construction planning, execution and performance, claims analysis, expert reporting, and testimony, as well as CPM scheduling/analysis, project management, and pre-construction/cost estimating, cost performance analysis/P&L and management.
