Kimberly Hval has held various positions in the customer experience and customer success fields since 2009. In 2009, they began their career at Rabobank as an EVP/Retail Strategy & Support Manager. Kimberly then moved to Bank of the West in 2015, where they held the role of Enterprise Customer Experience Strategy & Programs Manager, Customer Focus Imperative Executive Champion - Enterprise Transformation Program, and SVP Retail Network Strategy & Analysis. In 2018, they joined Ellie Mae as VP, Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement. In 2020, they joined ICE Mortgage Technology as Vice President, Customer Success Enablement & Readiness, and they are currently Vice President, Customer Success at MBS Highway since 2022.
Kimberly Hval attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1981 to 1986 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
