Carol York

Carol York is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical analysis and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst at MBS since June 1996. In this role, Carol mentors the QA Analyst team and oversees testing processes for a custom e-commerce application. Previously, Carol acted as the sole Business Analyst for the application’s development, focusing on documenting initial processes and managing ongoing requirements. With experience as an Application Consultant and Manager of Point of Sale and MBSInternet Support, Carol has also provided comprehensive support and training for various applications. Early career roles include positions in management and training at MegaPlay, Computer Answer, and Walgreens.
