Praveen Ramireddy has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Praveen began their career as a Project Assistant at CSIR - National Institute of Oceanography in 2005, where they designed and developed data-driven exploratory analysis and predictive models for customer engagement.
In 2006, they joined GENPACT as a Business Analyst, specializing in sales compensation and operations. Praveen strategically aligned incentive programs, introduced targeted incentive programs, and improved insights to measure program effectiveness. Praveen also enhanced self-service capabilities for field personnel and automated system updates and processes.
Praveen then moved to Accenture in 2007, where they served as a Manager in Sales Compensation & Operations. Praveen was responsible for plan design, set-up and administration, as well as incentive compensation processing.
Next, Praveen joined OpenSymmetry in 2015 as the Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations. Praveen led the design and implementation of sales compensation and quota management projects in the Asia Pacific region. Praveen streamlined field bonus accountability and delivered new incentive plan training to employees globally.
In 2016, Praveen became a self-employed Independent Consultant until 2019. During this time, they worked on various consulting projects.
Later in 2019, Praveen joined AttributeX as the Vice President of Sales. Praveen then also assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at McAlign Consulting Group (MCG). As CEO, Praveen developed and implemented the company's strategy, set performance goals, and managed its operations and resources.
