Brittany C.

Brittany C. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Brittany currently holds the position of Managing Director of Grants and Federal Affairs at McAllister & Quinn since January 2023, previously serving as the Director of Grants and Federal Affairs from November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the University of North Texas as the Sr. Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations from April 2018 to November 2021.

Before joining the University of North Texas, Brittany worked at Austin College in various roles. From March 2014 to April 2018, they served as the Director of Corporate, Foundation, & Government Relations, where they were responsible for managing grants, building relationships with funding sources, and supporting faculty in grant-seeking efforts. Brittany also played a key role in securing significant partnerships and grants for the college.

Before working at Austin College, Brittany gained experience as a Senior Analyst at Enterprise Spectrum (Omnicom Group) from June 2010 to March 2013. Brittany also worked at the University of North Texas as an Advanced Econometrics Teaching Assistant, Teaching Fellow, and Principles of Macroeconomics Teacher's Assistant from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant and Academic Assistant during the same time period.

Brittany'searly career included an internship as a Spatial Analytics Team Intern at Buxton in 2009 and involvement in the Student Investment Fund at Austin College from 2007 to 2008.

Brittany C. began their education journey in 2004 at Austin College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics in 2008. Following that, they attended the University of North Texas from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Economic Research.

In 2019, Brittany returned to the University of North Texas to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Higher Education, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

As for additional certifications, Brittany completed a course in "Project Management: The Basics for Success" offered by Coursera in February 2022. In October 2020, they attended the ASU GSV Virtual Summit 2020. Additionally, in July 2018, Brittany obtained a certification in "Strategic Thinking" from Lynda.com.
