Rachel Yarwood

Rachel Yarwood has extensive experience in various HR roles, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Rachel has worked as a Head of Talent at McBride since 2019, responsible for the design and management of leadership development programs. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Controls from 2008 to 2019, where they served as a Project Leader and Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Specialist, overseeing the design and implementation of performance management and career development programs. Rachel also worked as an HR Generalist at Tyco and held various HR Generalist roles with a focus on talent management and learning and development prior to that. Rachel has a strong background in designing and delivering talent and performance programs globally, as well as experience with various HR systems.

Rachel Yarwood holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Studies specializing in HR from The University of Salford. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including MBTI, DDI Leadership Facilitator, Kaizen/Six Sigma Facilitator, MBTI Practitioner, Prince 2 Qualified, Prosci Change Practitioner, Qualified Coach Mentor, and Thomas International Practitioner.
