Andrew Macafee

Andrew Macafee joined McCaffery’s Chicago retail leasing team in 2015. He is currently working on several developments in Chicago, including the leasing of more than 100,000 square feet of retail at Lincoln Common in Lincoln Park. Prior to that, Andrew oversaw the leasing of 250,000 square feet of retail on behalf of the University of Chicago. Other responsibilities include managing the retail and leasing portfolio for McCaffery's Fulton Market projects. Previously, Andrew worked as a PGA Teaching Professional at Framingham Country Club in Boston and Westmoreland Country Club in Chicago. Andrew graduated from Methodist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Accounting. Andrew is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
