Dean Welch

Dean Welch joined McCaffery in 2014 as Project Manager of Development and Construction. Since joining McCaffery, he has managed several of McCaffery’s developments including The Chicago Lakeside development and McCaffery's Chicago West Loop portfolio, Twelve01West and 1115 W Fulton. Dean has also led several of the Tenant Coordination and Project Management departments for both owned and third-party assets, including properties for the University of Chicago and Stockbridge Real Estate. Prior to joining McCaffery, Dean was a Retail Broker at Mid-America Real Estate Group. Dean is a graduate of DePaul University with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. Dean is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Broker, a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers, and contributes his time as a board member at the Ravinia Festival.
