Van Krkachovski

Van Krkachovski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insurance litigation. With a career starting as an articling student at Thomson, Rogers in 1984, Van progressed to associate and later became a partner by 1998, specializing in insurance-related claims. In August 1998, Van joined McCague Borlack LLP as a partner and mediator, where a diverse range of claims with values from modest sums to millions of dollars has been handled. Van holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Commerce from Victoria University at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
