Helen Watts

Helen Watts has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Helen started their career as a Senior HR Manager at Benenden Healthcare Society Ltd in 1998 and worked there until 2003. Helen then joined Smith & Nephew as an HR Business Partner, where they stayed until 2007. Since then, Helen has been working at McCain Foods, where they have held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Director of Global Human Resources, VP of Global Human Resources, and currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources.
