Joe Charlton

Joe Charlton has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Joe started their career at Correctional Service of Canada as a Financial Analyst. Joe then worked at KPMG Canada as a Senior Accountant and later as a Senior Manager. After that, they joined Jays Care where they served on the Young Professionals Committee. Currently, they are Vice President of Finance, North America Appetizers at McCain Foods. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions at McCain Foods, including Vice President of Finance FP&A/Control and Vice President of Global Internal Audit. Joe also worked as a Director of Financial Accounting and Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting at the company. Overall, Joe has a strong background in finance and has held significant roles in both corporate and non-profit organizations.

Joe Charlton completed an Executive Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Honours Commerce degree with a specialization in Financial Accounting from McMaster University between 2004 and 2008. In 2011, Joe enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario to pursue a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree, which is currently ongoing.
