Manoj Kumbhat

Manoj Kumbhat serves as the Global Chief Technology and Information Officer at McCain Foods since March 2023. Prior to this role, Manoj was the Global Chief Digital Officer and CIO at Kimberly-Clark from December 2016 to March 2023, where leadership in digital transformation initiatives, including Digital Supply Chain and Digital Marketing platforms, was emphasized. Manoj has extensive experience as the SVP & Global CIO at HCL Technologies, overseeing significant business transformation and IT solutions, and held the position of Region CIO at PepsiCo, driving business transformation in various capacities. Earlier in their career, Manoj founded Bizsoft Consulting, led business transformation initiatives in multiple industries, and contributed to systems implementations at companies like Nexans and Cotelligent. Manoj holds an MBA and MSEE from West Virginia University, and a BSEE from the University of Jodhpur.
