Melissa Clarke possesses extensive experience in employment support and benefits assessment within the behavioral health and social services sectors. Currently serving as a Supported Employment specialist at McCall Behavioral Health Network since August 2022, Melissa conducts client assessments and develops tailored employment treatment plans while monitoring progress and assisting with job placements. As a Group Fitness Instructor at Greater Waterbury YMCA since November 2021, Melissa leads inclusive fitness classes and ensures participant safety. Prior roles include Benefits Specialist and Eligibility Specialist at the NYC Department of Social Services, where Melissa assessed client eligibility for various assistance programs, and Corporate Representative at America Works, focusing on job seeker assessments and resource guidance. Melissa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Hunter College in 2011 and is currently pursuing further education at CT State Naugatuck Valley.
