Coury Jacocks

Coury Jacocks is a Partner in the firm’s Texas Foreclosure Group. Mr. Jacocks bringsover 20 years of trial experience in a broad range of civil and criminal matters in both state and federal court. For the last 11 years, Mr. Jacocks has exclusively represented financial institutions related to mortgage defaults in a wide variety of circumstances.

Mr. Jacocks is an authority on the Texas foreclosure process, and has extensive experience reviewing title, preparing and submitting title claims, curing title defects, ensuring good and marketable title post-foreclosure, prosecuting and defending commercial litigation matters, prosecuting forcible entry and detainer (eviction) matters, and litigating any de novo appeals related to these eviction matters.

Mr. Jacocks also has extensive experience representing secured creditors in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings throughout Texas.
