Kristen Freis

Kristen Freis has extensive experience in communications and leadership roles. Kristen currently works at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. as the Director of Internal Communications, where they focus on enhancing the employee experience and promoting the company's mission. Previously, they worked at Allstate as a Communications and Learning Leader, where they facilitated a culture of learning and utilized data-driven communication tactics to increase engagement. Kristen also held the role of Communications Manager at Allstate, leading internal, external, and foundation communications for the company's largest sales region. Prior to Allstate, Kristen worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies as an Account Supervisor, where they handled government affairs, employee engagement, public relations, and crisis communications for clients across various industries. Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated expertise in strategic communication, employee engagement, and crisis management.
